I must admit, I’m addicted to popcorn. It’s a staple in our home and we eat it as a snack, as dessert and popcorn is always in our snack bag on road trips. Over the years I’ve tried several different ways to enjoy this delicious snack. One of my favorite recipes is this very simple and easy to make white chocolate popcorn recipe.
You can make a bug batch of this white chocolate popcorn and store it in individual snack bags and it’s super handy for kids lunches or after school snacks. The recipe can be changed up a little by adding whatever chocolate bar or candy that you prefer.

Simple and Easy to Make!
As much as I love cooking and baking, I have little time to spare so recipes that are simple and easy to make are my favorite. I always search for ways to prepare snacks ahead of time but I need the recipes to include just a few ingredients and little prep time. You will love how easy the white chocolate popcorn is to make.
Pop a bag of white tender popcorn. Pour the popcorn into a bowl and pick out any of the un-popped kernels corn kernels.
Now it’s time to melt your white chocolate! If you need tips on how to do this check this post out.
Get a cookie sheet out and lay parchment paper on it and spread your popcorn in a single layer on the cookie sheet.
It’s time to pour that delicious white chocolate evenly all over the popcorn.
The very last step is to sprinkle you’re favorite chocolate/candy topping all over the popcorn. I love M&M’s so I crush them up in a bag ahead of time and sprinkle those on the popcorn or chop up some Reese’s peanut butter cups and add those. There are so many delicious options!
