Healthy Homemade Ranch Dressing Recipe
Let’s take a minute to talk about why we love Ranch dressing. First of all, it so versatile, it tastes great on baked potatoes, salads, veggies, sandwiches, and so much more! It adds a bold rich flavor to any dish that could use a little extra zest! Since this is such a beloved item in my fridge, we frequently run out of it. I was looking for a way to re-create this classic that would not only give me the option of making it in large quantities but also, to find a healthier ‘guilt-free’ version of it.
One day a friend showed me exactly how she makes her delicious homemade ranch and I’ve been making it this way ever since. The recipe is simple, easy and only requires a few ingredients.
Steps for Making Healthy Homemade Ranch Dressing
This recipe only requires one bowl and a few ingredients (fewer dishes to clean for the WIN)!
1. You’ll start by combining the yogurt and the mayo. Mix these up thoroughly.
2. Next, add in the parsley, dill, salt and garlic powder.
3. Mix everything together.

A healthy homemade ranch dressing recipe that is both easy and delicious!
- 32 OZ whole milk yogurt
- 2 TBSP mayo
- 1 TSP dill
- 1 TSP parsley
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP garlic powder
- First, mix together the yogurt and mayo until they're blended together.
- Next, add the seasonings--dill, parsley, salt and garlic powder.
- Continue to mix until all the ingredients have been blended into the yogurt/mayo.
You cannot substitute for Miracle Whip in this recipe. You cannot subsitute for low-fat yogurt.
