Like most of you, we’re overwhelmed with the idea that we’re going to be stuck in our homes for a long period of time. It’s not that we don’t enjoy being home, it’s because our passion is to see, do and explore.

15 Virtual Field Trips for Kids.

You don’t have to leave your home to see some incredible places. Right now, your phone, tablet or computer is going to be your “bus ride” to a new type of field trip. We’ve also included activities, books and toys to go along with each virtual tour which can help entertain younger siblings too!

1. The Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY

This is one of my most favorite museums. We had the chance to visit the MET with our oldest daughter last year and we wished we had more time to explore the never-ending collections inside this museum. Now, we can virtually explore the museum’s online exhibits.

We love the large collection of sea life that can be found at this aquarium. Their website is full of information so the kids can watch the LIVE CAM and learn more about their favorites. The kids will love watching the SHARKS, PENGUINS, SEA OTTERS or our personal favorites–the JELLYFISH!

It’s going to be hard and we completely understand that. We’re here to help. It’s our goal to continue providing real support for those looking to entertain themselves and their families while at home together.
